By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the handbook

The Meniere's Pattern Handbook is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it, share it with fellow patients, and reference it in support groups. You may not resell it, remove attribution, or modify it without written permission.

3. Use of the app

The Meniere's: Symptom Tracker app is provided "as is" and "as available" under Apple's App Store Terms of Service and the license terms displayed in the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trigger pattern insights will apply to your individual case.

4. Medical disclaimer

Meniere's disease is a complex medical condition that requires diagnosis and management by a qualified healthcare provider, typically an otolaryngologist (ENT) or neurotologist. The handbook and app are educational tools designed to help you observe patterns and prepare for clinical visits, not to diagnose or treat any condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on anything you read or track through this service.

5. Intellectual property

All content — including the handbook PDF, app source code, trademarks, and website — is the property of Meniere's: Symptom Tracker or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meniere's: Symptom Tracker and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including any medical or health outcomes.
